first post ever!! dun dun dunnnn...
I'm using this blog to document my journey into learning how to cook! I can make basic things, but after more than 4 years of having my (now full-time student) husband do all of the cooking, it's time to fend for myself...scary. I will post my successful and not so successful attempts, complete with photos, as I am trying to use my camera more often now.

This is a terrific site and loads of fun for you to keep up. Italian food rocks!! Billy will appreciate all the good food you will be creating. Great job on presentation of the food AND the steps in making the artichokes!
